The Jan Pýcha - TVRZ restaurant has been created by Chef Mr. Jan Pýcha in 2004. Mr. Pýcha, the winner of several medals from cooking Olympiads, collected his professional experience all over the world. He worked in Tokio, New York, France and Belgium. In his restaurant he is presenting the best of his knowledge, especially in traditional Czech cuisine outcoming from old Czech recipes and local ingredients presented up to date way. Try his delicate sauces with venison, veal in cream sauce with pickled mushrooms or the roast duck with variety of dumplings. If you prefer fish, you have a selection of fresh fish every day.

Every three weeks you can choose form a new seasonal menu. Enjoy the great spacy atmosphere of the restaurant inside, or if the weather allows you can eat al fresco on a peaceful terase overlooking Průhonice castle and park. At the restaurant is children´s corner, our chef-pastry made excellent birthday or wedding cake for your party.
